Organix whitepaper

Abstract

Organix is a protocol for living ERC-721 specimens whose survival depends on real-world asset (RWA) exposure. Each organism bonds to one allowlisted Robinhood Stock Token, a tokenised debt security issued by RHJ Ltd.

Energy drains by metabolism every hour. While Chainlink equity oracles are live, price moves versus entry adjust energy. Death is irreversible; remaining holdings refund to the owner.

The product is a cabinet UX and an MCP surface for agents. It is not an offer of securities by Organix.

Thesis

Most onchain pets and idle NFTs ignore the tape. Organix makes the tape the environment: RWA Stock Tokens sit in the organism vault, Chainlink marks the price, and energy is the organism’s vital sign.

Collectors and agents manage a living position with spawn, feed, harvest, and kill rather than a portfolio dashboard.

Real-world assets in scope

Stock Tokens do not grant legal rights in the underlying shares. They are offered under Reg-S style restrictions to non-US persons outside restricted jurisdictions. Organix UI and MCP require an eligibility attestation; the chain itself remains permissionless.

Organism model

An organism is an ERC-721 with a packed genome, an energy curve, a single bonded Stock Token, vault holdings of that token, and Alive / Dead status. Dead is final.

Death when energy reaches 0 or age exceeds lifespan hours. On death (natural, PnL, or mercy kill), holdings refund to the NFT owner in the same transaction.

Energy and the tape

Lazy evaluation: tick and mutating calls subtract metabolismRate × hours since lastTick. Views preview the same math without writing.

While the oracle returns a live price, Organix compares mark to entry and scales energy change by holdings and yieldAffinity. Stale or paused feeds skip PnL for that call; metabolism and death rules still run. A stale oracle alone never kills a specimen.

Equity feeds are 24/5. Weekends and holidays can freeze updatedAt. Past heartbeat the adapter rejects the quote; the cabinet banners oracle unavailable instead of showing a live mark.

Protocol fuel: ORGANIX $ORIX

ORGANIX $ORIX is the Organix protocol token. Official CA on Robinhood Chain mainnet: 0x70fb9D740a69E3145422132f92f72fbA4a96EABB. It is not an RHJ Stock Token and is not bondable as a specimen tape. Stock Tokens remain the only RWA bond; $ORIX pays to run the cabinet.

Spawn can take a $ORIX fee split burn / treasury. Owners may stake $ORIX on a living specimen for a capped metabolism discount (max 20%) and energy floor (max 500). On death, staked $ORIX refunds with Stock Token holdings. Stake cannot bypass lifespan death.

The cabinet publishes Explorer, Buy, and Dexscreener for the official CA. Spawn can pay 100 $ORIX (9 decimals). Stake is live. ETH spawn remains available.

Custody and security

Harvest requires owner or approved operator. Death auto-refunds bonded holdings and any staked $ORIX. Contract owner can withdraw ETH spawn fees and stray ERC-20s; transfer ownership to a multisig before public mainnet. Mainnet adapter requires a Chainlink L2 sequencer feed when available.

Three surfaces share the same protocol rules.
